Mental development in the Blueprint is as straightforward and effective as its physical training.

 

Discipline 4 - Viewing and Understanding the World

It begins by teaching you how to view and understand the world so that you can thrive and deal with life’s ups and downs. This different mindset looks at things holistically, not as one-offs; and how to apply yin-yang analysis to hack any challenge.

 

Discipline 5 - Taoism's Three Treasures

Once you understand how to think, the Blueprint progresses to Taoism’s Three Treasures reinterpreted for practical use. They represent guiding principles for the conduct of daily life: Be simple, accept what’s unchangeable, and adapt instead of contest.

 

Discipline 6 - Zen

Finally, Zen is explained and you are given a simple meditation to develop mindfulness for a calm, focused, and strong mind that today’s multitasking and hurried lifestyles has weakened.
